Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme
Flogas Britain awarded bronze accreditation
We’re delighted to announce that we have been awarded Bronze accreditation in the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS).
The accreditation from FORS is valid from 27 March 2019 to 26 March 2020.
About FORS
The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme is a voluntary accreditation scheme encompassing all aspects of safety, fuel efficiency, vehicle emissions and improved operations. FORS helps fleet operators to measure and monitor performance and alter their operations in order to demonstrate best practice. It is open to operators of vans, lorries, mini-buses, coaches and other vehicles, and to the organisations that award contracts to those operators.
What does the Bronze accreditation mean?
Bronze accreditation confirms that you employ good practice and comply with the requirements set out by the FORS Standard. This includes demonstrating dedication to driver and vehicle safety, combined with improving operating practices through effective monitoring of fuel and tyre usage.
