The Inclusive Employers Standard is a robust, evidence-based inclusion accreditation run by Inclusive Employers. The assessment has helped Flogas Britain understand where it is on its inclusion journey while identifying opportunities to build on the progress already made. ###### Ivan Trevor, MD at Flogas Britain, said: "We're incredibly proud to have achieved Silver. It's recognition of the progress we've made, but also reinforces that creating an inclusive workplace is an ongoing journey. This achievement belongs to colleagues across our business who have helped shape our culture through their ideas, feedback and commitment. The assessment has given us valuable insight into where we're doing well and where we can continue to improve, and we're excited to build on that momentum." To achieve this accreditation, Flogas Britain provided evidence of its inclusion activity across the six pillars of the Inclusive Employers Standard framework. The assessment recognised the company's evidence-based DE&I strategy, innovative inclusion communications, active Colleague Resource Groups, approach to diversity data, and commitment to listening, learning and continually improving. The feedback also provides a clear roadmap for the next stage of Flogas Britain's inclusion journey, helping the business strengthen its approach and continue creating a culture where everyone can belong and succeed. ###### Emily Pattinson, Senior Inclusive Employers Standard Programme Lead at Inclusive Employers, said: "We're incredibly proud that Flogas Britain has shown a clear commitment to building an inclusive culture and has achieved a Silver accreditation. In what can feel like an overwhelming time for inclusion and diversity work, organisations like Flogas are part of driving meaningful change. By seeking to understand their inclusion development they demonstrate to others in their sector that they are prioritising their people and creating a culture of impactful inclusion."
