We’ve pledged our commitment to supporting gender and youth diversity in the LPG industry.
We’re proud to announce that Flogas Britain is working with Women in LPG (WINLPG) to help change the LPG industry by creating a greater gender balance across the sector.
The WINLPG team support women in their careers right across the LPG industry, and help organisations to understand the steps they can take to make the industry a sector of choice for women. The primary goal of WINLPG over the next three years is to promote diversity in LPG businesses. During this period, the activities of WINLPG will aim to lead to an increase of 5% from the current 16.5% of women employed in the industry to 21.5% during the period 2017 – 2019.
WINLPG is part of the World LPG Association (WLPGA) who are the global voice of the LPG industry and represent the full LPG value chain. This allows the voice of WINLPG to be heard on a global scale and work along side the biggest organisations within the LPG industry.
